What kind of payments do you take?   
  • Credit Cards
    We accept credit card purchases processed via PayPal.  PayPal accepts Visa, Master, Discover and American Express.  PayPal is a secure server, making it safe and easy to process your payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card!     
  • E-Check
    Your order will be shipped after the e-check clears on our end.  It usually takes PayPal 3-5 business days to clear the check and release the order.

Can I order from another country?   
Yes you can!  We love knowing people all over the world are rocking their Pride Socks!

Which size is best for me?    
Visit our "What is My Sock Size?" page to help you make the best decision.

Who do you use to ship?    
We ship using the United States Postal Service. After you place an order with us, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We do use FedEx and UPS Ground for wholesale and larger orders.

How often do you ship?    
At Pride Socks we get really excited about getting your order out the door so you can “wear your freedom and rock you style.” With that in mind, we ship Mon- Fri the day of or the next day you place your order.

What is your return policy?    
If there is any problem with your order and wish to return your unused socks with the tags still attached, please place the socks in the original packaging and cross out your name and address and write return to sender. You may be charged by USPS for postage. We will issue you a full refund minus the shipping and handling. Please email us before returning any item, in hopes we can solve the problem!

Do you offer wholesale?

The tube socks are made of: 75% Ring Spun Cotton, 14% Nylon, 7% Acrylic, 4% Spandex.

What material is the low cut sock made of?    
The low cut socks are made of: 43% Olefin, 20% Polyester, 19% Sul-Cool Polyester, 7% Acrylic, 6% Spandex, 5% Nylon

What material is the anklet sock made of?    
The anklets are made of: 56% Olefin, 31% Polyester, 9% Spandex, 4% Nylon

What material is the arm/leg warmer made of?    
The arm/leg warmers are made of: 75% Ring Spun Cotton, 14% Nylon, 7% Acrylic, 4% Spandex.
